About This Tea
Da Hong Pao is a traditional Chinese tea, classified as Oolong tea (Blue Tea), produced in Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Province. As a representative variety of Wuyi Rock Tea, it is renowned for its distinctive "rock bone floral aroma" (a mineral-rich, floral fragrance known as "rock rhyme" or yan yun), earning it the title "Top Scholar of Teas."
