About This Tea

Aged Shui Xian is Oolong tea .  Core rock tea regions of Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Province (e.g., Huiyuan Pit, Water Curtain Cave, known as the "Three Pits and Two Streams").it’s thick, tightly rolled strips with a dark, glossy brown hue, often showing "toad-skin frost" (a sign of aged charcoal roasting), the richness is Silky, rice-soup-like texture with sweet freshness and a fleeting bitterness that dissolves into sweetness.

Brewing Method:

  • Recommended Teaware: Yixing clay teapot or gaiwan

  • Water Temperature: 100℃/212

  • Amount of Tea: 8.3 grams(per bag)

  • Brewing Steps:

    1. Warm the teaware to enhance its temperature.

    2. Add tea leaves, pour in hot water, and quickly rinse the tea to awaken its flavor.

    3. steep first 3 infusions for 3–5 seconds, increasing by 5–10 seconds thereafter.
